About Our Speakers
Jim Scarborough, Vice President, Health Solutions, Aon
Jim is a Health Solutions Account Executive and is based in our Cincinnati office. His primary responsibilities include setting client benefit strategy, providing solutions to administration issues, vendor negotiations, plan design and implementation, plan compliance and the regular review of health and welfare plans and utilization patterns.
Jim has been working in employee benefits for thirty years. His perspective has been shaped by experience on both the consulting and employer sides of employee benefit administration. Prior to his current role at Aon, he led the benefit administration team for the US and Canada for a 30,000 employee IT firm and worked for another national benefit consulting firm. Jim uses his experience to assist clients in implementing innovative changes to control the cost and improve the value of employee benefit plans.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Stephanie DeLorm, Senior Vice President, Health Solutions, Aon
Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry. Her background includes organizational leadership, building high-performing teams, business strategy development, health care consulting and solution development, and client leadership management.
Currently, Stephanie is a Senior Vice President in the Health Solutions Practice at Aon where she plays a dual role as the Central Region Large Market Leader and is a senior member of the National Health Innovations team. In her current role, Stephanie is responsible for revenue retention and growth, and solution design, development and commercialization.
Her prior experience includes five years in various leadership roles at emerging healthcare solution vendors, and 18 years as a Senior Vice President at Aon where she was responsible for providing strategic oversight to large enterprise multi-national employers, guiding them in the development and implementation of integrated program strategies and enterprise outsourcing solutions to achieve business, cost, and human capital management goals.
Stephanie holds a BA in Sociology from Niagara University, Niagara Falls, NY.
