Board Officers

Jennifer Clemons, President 

Jennifer Clemons is business-oriented benefits attorney with over 15 years of experience focusing on health and welfare and retirement plan compliance, benefit communication and administration of benefit programs and policies.

Jennifer holds a law degree from the Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the Wharton School of Business. She began working for Macy’s, Inc. in 2006.

Jamie Liebert, Vice President + Programs

Jamie Liebert is Principal for Mercer and responsible for new client development in Greater Cincinnati, Dayton & Northern Kentucky.  He has over 20 years experience helping business leaders and organizations of all sizes exceed their business objectives.  To achieve superior results, Jamie focuses on developing solutions that are consistent with each client’s business cycle, unique needs and corporate culture.

He is active in the area HR Community volunteering as the co-chair of Total Rewards Cincinnati (TRC) program committee and serves as the sponsorship chairperson for Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association (GCHRA).

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Cincinnati and is pursuing his CEBS Certification.

Lynn Hall, Secretary 

Lynn Hall is a consultant in the benefits department at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Her primary areas of focus are retirement, tuition and disability.

Prior to working at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Lynn worked as a generalist in the social service and hospitality industries and worked as a workforce development consultant connecting workers and employers.

Lynn graduated with her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Lynn is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati.

Katrina Sweatt, Treasurer

Katrina Sweatt is the Manager, Benefits Finance and Wellbeing at Macy's Inc. She has been working in the finance and benefits space for a decade. In her prior roles, Katrina oversaw expense recognition, journal entries, Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) accounting for global defined benefit plans and the subsequent periodic financial statement filings.

Her unique background allows her to focus on cost and efficiencies for both the company and employees in support of the overall benefits and wellbeing strategy.

A long time Cincinnatian, Katrina graduated from Walnut Hills High School before completing her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Joseph University.

Katrina has been a Total Rewards Cincinnati Board member beginning in 2020.

Sabrina Rohne, Past President

Sabrina Rohne served as the Total Rewards Project Manager at FirstGroup America's Cincinnati headquarters. She attended Xavier University and holds a

Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the Wharton School of Business.

Lisa Wood,  Past President  

Lisa Wood, PHR, CCP, has been working in the Human Resources field for twenty years. As the Sr. Director of Compensation for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, she is responsible for design and implementation of compensation policies, pay practices and programs. 

She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Hollins University and her graduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Xavier University. Lisa currently holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) WorldatWork designation.

Lisa has been a Total Rewards Cincinnati Board member since 2002.

Committee Chairs

Traci Combs, Certification 

Traci Combs is the Talent Acquisition and Compensation Manager at Sur-SeaL LLC. Traci has worked in various capacities of Finance and Human Resources throughout her

8 years at Sur-Seal, including payroll, cash management, benefits administration, benefits plan design, professional recruiting, and total compensation strategy.

She graduated from Xavier University with a B.S.B.A in Finance.

Heather Harte, Membership 

Heather R. Harte has been working in the Consumer Directed Healthcare and Benefits space for over twenty years. She currently works for HSA Bank as the Regional Vice President of Sales for large employer groups. She specializes in Health Savings Accounts (HAS), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Commuter Benefits and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), including Wellness and COBRA.

Heather grew up in Cincinnati and attended The Ohio State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree.

Heather has been a member of Total Rewards Cincinnati since 2018.

Mike Hoffman, Marketing + Communications

Mike Hoffman has been working in the corporate benefits field for over 20 years. He has extensive experience marketing, designing and managing retirement and health benefit programs through several large organizations.   He is currently working as a consultant with Mariner Health Consulting, assisting organizations and individuals with Medicare and health insurance navigation.

Mike earned a Behavioral Economics degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Xavier University. He also holds an Executive Certificate from the University of Southern California in Marketing.   He is a member of the National Association for Business Economics and an Advisory Board member with the Xavier University Economics Department.
