Heather Muzumdar recently returned to Thompson Hine as Counsel in the firm’s Cincinnati office, after serving for two years as in-house counsel at Western & Southern. She has been an employment attorney for over 12 years.

Heather provides business-balanced legal solutions and advice to human resources professionals, in-house counsel, and business executives. Her clients will tell you that she excels at simplifying legal concepts and advising on the practical implications of the ever-changing and complex legal issues that employers face.

Heather is currently co-chair of the Thompson Hine’s Cincinnati Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Kim Wilcoxon is a partner in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group of Thompson Hine, where she has worked since graduating from law school in 2001. Kim enjoys helping employers understand the rules that apply to their health and welfare plans, and she routinely advises on benefit plan strategy, application of new legal guidance, plan documentation, and vendor contracting.

Kim is active in the American Bar Association’s health and welfare plans committee, and she is a frequent speaker and author on health and welfare benefit plan matters.
