Tom McMullen, Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry’s Rewards & Benefits practice

Tom has over 30 years of experience as a Rewards professional and leader of Korn Ferry’s Pay Equity team. He worked in the legacy Hay Group’s Cincinnati office for many years and has many local market clients and relationships. Tom is highly involved in publications and thought leadership from WorldatWork and has been quoted widely in the media around the world.

Dominic Andwan, Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry’s Rewards & Benefits practice

Dominic has over 24 years as a Total Rewards leader and leads Korn Ferry’s North America Workforce Rewards practice. He grew up in the Cincinnati area and is a graduate of The Summit Country Day School as well as Miami University. He has been the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at two different Fortune 300 companies over a 10-year period.
