Join us on October 12th at 9:00 am - 10:30 am for a virtual, panel discussion on talent acquisition and retention.   We are hosting four fantastic speakers, sharing perspectives from both the consulting and business leadership community.    Melissa Dunn and Holly Teal are Directors of Client Management at Willis Towers Watson and have deep experiences working with total rewards within a variety of industries.   Melissa and Holly will share the results of recent studies on talent attraction and retention.    We will also have the opportunity to gain feedback and best practices from local leaders, Mark Wilson with UDF and Traci Combs from Sur-Seal.   

About our speakers:

Holly Teal / Client Relationship Director

As a Client Relationship Director, Holly works with clients to understand their key business issues and partners with Willis Towers Watson consultants to deliver integrated solutions and services.

Holly also co-leads monthly roundtables with Total Rewards Leaders across Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan and Western Pennsylvania to discuss relevant strategic issues. 

Prior to her role as Client Relationship Director, Holly was a senior consultant in the company’s HR Technology practice. Holly has 22 years of experience helping organizations develop and implement innovative technology solutions for their human capital and business issues.

Holly has led the implementation of a variety of technologies including benefits administration, employee experience platforms, total rewards portals and compensation planning. Holly has also led large complex projects involving M&A, human capital strategy and total rewards strategy. She has worked with a broad range of commercial, federal government and non-profit organizations in industries such as manufacturing, health care, retail, financial services, and aerospace and defense.

Education and Credentials

Holly holds a B.S. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Maryland.

Melissa Dunn / Client Relationship Director

Melissa has over 20 years of consulting experience working with mid to large organizations to solve business related risk and people challenges.

Currently, she consults with global clients across many industries, including utilities, manufacturing, higher education, and healthcare, on human resources, risk management, and sustainability strategies.  Melissa’s broad experience spans talent, total rewards, employee benefits, compensation and retirement. She also has extensive experience working with clients to develop and enhance their risk management, alternative risk/captive and commercial insurance programs.

Role at Willis Towers Watson

Melissa serves as a Client Relationship Director for several global and regional organiziations. She co-leads a monthly total rewards leader roundtable with organizations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Kentucky and serves as a national total rewards champion for Wills Towers Watson.

Education and Credentials

Melissa has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Masters of the Arts in Multimedia from Duquesne University. She is an active member in the Pittsburgh community and serves as a board member for Dress for Success, an executive committee member for NACD Three Rivers - Future of Board Leadership Symposium and Director of the Year programs. She is a founding member of the Executive Women of Pittsburgh.  She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, two children and new puppy.
