Sherry Johnson bio:
Sherry Johnson, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CAE joined WorldatWork in 2021. She is based in LaRue, Texas. As WorldatWork Manager of Affiliates, Sherry is focused on fostering partnerships, and delivering resources, tools, and collaboration to WAW local network and affiliate volunteer leaders. Prior to joining WorldatWork, she served for 11-years as Field Services Director for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Sherry has worked in the HR profession for over 20+ years with industry experience in not-for-profit community organizations, public education, and entrepreneurial experience as owner of a small business.
Sherry holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tarleton State University. She received her Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resources, her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute, and her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the ASAE Certified Association Executive Commission. She is a graduate of the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Leadership Program, earning Master Trustee designation.

Lee is a Partner in Mercer's Career business and is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He primarily supports clients in the US Central Market, but is engaged nationally and globally as a member of Mercer's Transformation practice.
Lee is a broad-based People, Organization & Change trusted advisor, consultant and advocate who loves working with people and their organizations to drive business strategy and outcomes through pragmatic, purposeful and planful alignment of people strategy and organizations. Lee helps organizations learn and build change management, business process management and project management enterprise capabilities to successfully deliver and sustain their competitive edge.
Lee is passionate about building and enabling diverse and inclusive workforces as Mercer helps organizations vision and navigate their Future of Work. Lee’s interests and recent work includes:

Lee received his Bachelor's at the University of Pittsburgh in Information Science where he also received an MBA with an Organizational Behavior concentration. Lee is a lifelong learner and has taken Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resource Management, Strategic Change Management and Project Management certificate programs from leading academic institutions. Lee holds multiple professional certifications, including HRCI GPHR and SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PMI PMP and Prosci CMP.
