Speaker Information: Margaret {Peggy} West, CEBS ISCEBS Fellow, CEBS Compliant Principal Owner, Benefit Plan Diagnostics, LLC Ms. West is a Benefits Enthusiast. Prior to establishing her benefits consulting firm, Benefit Plan Diagnostics LLC, she enjoyed a career in corporate Benefits management, capped by her time at Formica Corporation as Director, Benefits and Compensation, Her areas of expertise include benefit plan design, administration, communication and management of qualified retirement plans, pension plans, health and welfare programs, human resource information systems, talent management, deferred compensation, and new hire orientation. She has held the CEBS designation since 1992, is CEBS compliant, and is a Fellow of the ISCEBS. Ms. West earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University focused in Public Administration.
