Total Rewards Cincinnati (TRC) is dedicated to providing great opportunities to network and learn as a community.   TRC offers quarterly programs designed to enhance professional knowledge and skills. Our programs explore current HR trends and issues for professional development. Programs also offer excellent networking opportunities. 

It is our goal to be a great resource to Total Rewards Cincinnati members and connect our membership.  In this spirit, we created a new virtual networking community in Cincinnati the Total Rewards Resource Group (TRRG)!

TRRG is an opportunity to stay connected with other professionals, to share how your organization is responding to current challenges and explore solutions.   TRC added the Total Rewards Resource Group (TRRG) in May 2021 as an additional opportunity for our members.

    Ms. West is a Benefits Enthusiast. Prior to establishing her benefits consulting firm, Benefit Plan Diagnostics LLC, she enjoyed a career in corporate Benefits management, capped by her time at Formica Corporation as Director, Benefits and Compensation, Her areas of expertise include benefit plan design, administration, communication and management of qualified retirement plans, pension plans, health and welfare programs, human resource information systems, talent management, deferred compensation, and new hire orientation. She has held the CEBS designation since 1992, is CEBS compliant, and is a Fellow of the ISCEBS. Ms. West earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University focused in Public Administration.
