Sheri Boyle is Vice President and Senior Compensation Manager for the Consumer Bank at Fifth Third Bank, N.A. Sheri has 27 years of experience in Human Capital and Compensation in various industries including manufacturing, agribusiness, and insurance. She has worked in the Financial Services industry most of her career and values the importance of balancing rewards with a customer-centric approach.  In her current role, Sheri focuses on Sales Incentives spanning the full spectrum of compensation activities, from incentive plan design to analysis on sales plan effectiveness and plan management.  

Sheri’s passions are using data to tell the story of how sales incentive plans are performing and looking for opportunities to improve results for both employees and the company through effective sales incentive design and reporting. Sheri believes the compensation profession is vitally important to the success of organizations, increasing both customer satisfaction, revenue, and retention.

Sheri holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism from Truman State University and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Webster University. She also carries the Certified Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional designations from World at Work.
