Managers are uniquely positioned to offer career development support to direct reports. Formal and informal meetings addressing opportunities for growth take place at various points throughout the year. Bringing a more intentional focus— a coaching approach— to these interactions can elevate employee engagement and spark stronger financial performance.
Organizations are being called to increase HR and managerial effectiveness through healthy coaching relationships. This interactive program will increase confidence around asking powerful questions that ignite high potentials while adding more tools to your HR “toolkit” for creating a pipeline of future leaders in your organization.
Kris McGuigan, ACRW, BCC, CCMC / Professional Courage - Early in Kris McGuigan’s career, a supervisor coined the term “professional courage” to describe her direct and fearless approach to problem-solving. McGuigan now brings that same bold outlook to her clients and their career aspirations through her premier career services firm, Professional Courage. Kris holds the following designations: Master of Business Administration (MBA); Academy Certified Resume Writer (ACRW); Board Certified Coach (BCC); Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC) and was honored as an Entrepreneurial Woman of Note by Crain’s Cleveland Business in 2019.
